The current season’s harvest is finished by August except in rare cases which include reserved plants for weddings, craft and distilling workshops or other special occasions. Bouquets are cut and hung immediately to dry in the proper way to ensure they keep their color and full blossom count. They are the same stem count as the fresh bouquets but some shrinkage occurs in the drying. These dried bouquets last throughout the year until next harvest season. They are stored in a manner that preserves them so they look as good as the day they were put in the box, even if that was a year ago. Dried bouquets are available all year while supplies last.
